Middleport Pottery seeks traditional and contemporary makers, producers and artists for their upcoming Craftsmanship Festival. Building upon last year’s inaugural two-day festival, 2019’s festival will feature over 50 stallholders and demonstrators across the historic, grade-II listed Pottery site.
Last year’s festival presented a wide-range of craftspeople; blacksmiths, leathermakers, wood turners, textile artists, ceramicists and small-batch food producers. Equally, for 2019 we are inviting all makers, of any discipline to apply. Please note, to ensure the best experience for our visitors, each stall is to be manned by the creator of the work.
The event will take place on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th June.
Submitting an expression of interest is free of charge. All expressions of interest will be reviewed and shortlisted via a selection panel. Makers and artists selected for inclusion will be notified by the end of April, with stall fees due by mid-May 2019.
Standard stall prices (inc. VAT) from £60 (2 days) or £45 (1 day).
Closing Date – 5pm, 8th April 2019.
