Celebrate Craftsmanship this Father’s Day – 15th & 16th June

A mid-June celebration of traditional and contemporary craftsmanship at one of Stoke-on-Trent’s most beloved tourist venues. Over 20 craftspeople, including blacksmiths, wood turners, printmakers, ceramicists, textile and glass artists will be making, selling and demonstrating across the two-day festival.

As well as giving the opportunity to buy hand-made crafts, the festival offers unique live demonstrations and hands-on masterclasses from some of the area’s finest craftspeople.

Clare Wood – Director said “As a site that was purpose-built for the production of ceramics, we’re all extremely passionate about handcraft here at Middleport Pottery. We’re delighted to be hosting our second Craftsmanship Festival, welcoming makers from all over the UK to champion, demonstrate and celebrate their unique craft”.

The festival opens at 10am Saturday 15th June and ends Sunday 16th, 4pm. General Admission just £3pp entry (under 5’s free) Middleport Pottery Members receive FREE ENTRY- Membership can be purchased on the day.
